When it comes to parking tickets and any other ticket the council’s deem appropriate you have to pay or court. So with all the people who pay tax why is there so many potholes. Simple It’s a question of percentage of how much you can get away with not spending and denying against the cost of sending someone to repair. Because of court costs and solicitor fees the only option is small claims. Remember always take pictures, you camera is your best friend. Make notes of day time and situation.
Remember to record the delivery of all letters you send and take the names and times of the people you call. If possible ask people who live nearby of how long the pot holes have been there. Councils take enough money be vigilant.
